Stakkato Gold is the unquestioned number one of all German stallions based on the FN-genetic evaluation. Stakkato Gold stands for a modern breed for show jumping and he has gotten to the heart of it: Already in his early years he was extraordinary successful and has achieved international levels both for breeding as in sports. He was elected best stallion of his age group when licensed stallion in Verden/Germany in 2003. His jumping talent was also proven during his 30-day performance test in Prussendorf 2004 in which he was rated 10 different times.

Furthermore, he achieved sevelal wins during his first jumping season in 2005 up to class L, in 2006 was again highly rated upt to class M and was qualified for the National Championships. Later on, he was highly successful in class S***. In 2009, under Jan Sprehe, he won the finals of the Youngster Tour in Neumünster/Germany and was highly rated in different other jumping shows such as Dortmund, Nörten-Hardenberg, Assen/Netherlands, Oldenburg and Gera.

Already until 2015, six of his sons were licensed stallions, namely Seal, Self Control, Sir Obolensky Z, Solid Gold Z, Stargold and Stalido. Sir Obolensky Z was second reserve champion in Westphalia in 2014 and was then stationed at the stud Zangersheide, same as Solid Gold Z in 2013. The descendents out of the first years have made extraordinary progress in show jumping and won numerous show jumping assessments, while different of them were qualified for the National Championships. Until 2015, more than 30 of them were internationally successful in class S.

Stakkato Gold, nowadays well known as one of the proven sires of show jumping worldwide has been rated no. 1 German stallion in 2014 with 172 index points . As part of his licensing, he was elected premium stallion and best jumping horse in 2003.
