Kings Rose Dree Böken was born at our stud in 2016 and combines two bloodlines of particular importance to our breeding programme. Her sire King Kolibri was also bred by Arend Kamphorst at Dree Böken. Her dam Cardentos Rose Dree Böken comes from our successful mare family descending from Silberrose Dree Böken.
Kings Rose was initially used for breeding as well. In 2021 she produced Millrose Dree Böken by Million Dollar before beginning her international sport career.
In international showjumping, Kings Rose progressed to 1.55m level. With Angelica Augustsson Zanotelli, she competed at numerous CSI3*, CSI4* and CSI5* shows in 2026 and achieved several strong results at 1.50m.
One of her best results was second place in the 1.50m CSI3* Grand Prix at the 2026 Brussels Stephex Masters, where Kings Rose jumped clear in both the first round and the jump-off. Earlier that summer, she finished eighth in a 1.50m CSI4* class in St. Tropez and in August competed in the 1.55m Grand Prix in Opglabbeek.
Kings Rose therefore represents a Dree Böken family that has proven itself over several generations: from Silberrose through Cardentos Rose to a mare competing successfully in international Grand Prix sport.
