Babuschka Dree Böken was born at our stud in 2017. She is by Vagabond de la Pomme out of our Katinka Dree Böken by King Kolibri, combining internationally proven jumping blood with a mare family developed at Dree Böken over several generations.
Before beginning her sport career, Babuschka was already used for breeding. In 2021 she produced Carcassonne by Cornets Pleasure Dree Böken.
She subsequently progressed steadily in showjumping. In 2024, Babuschka competed internationally in young-horse classes up to 1.35m with Sebastian Adams. In 2026, she made the step into international two-star competition.
With Ciaran Nallon, Babuschka finished third twice at the CSI2* in Riesenbeck in May 2026: first in the 1.45m Large Tour and the following day in the 1.40m Medium Tour Final. These results confirmed her progression to international 1.45m level.
Babuschka represents a Dree Böken mare family in which proven sporting performance and breeding quality have been combined over several generations.
